We’re looking for an amazing Senior Manager, Technology Business Planning to fill this role, which is based in our Fort Lauderdale office. You’ll be responsible for driving predictability and decision-making across the full Technology business organization through forecasting, planning, analysis, and scenario modeling. The role will oversee the planning for all technology capex and opex. To succeed in this role, the candidate must have a business owner mentality, display strong analytical skills by building forecasts, business planning models and guides decisions across Brand Operators and Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Direct Forecast and Budget processes; ensure overall accuracy and completion within designated timelines and within established budget.
  • Analyze and interpret financial results, lead month-end results discussion with recommendations with business leaders.
  • Drive operational performance improvement through analysis of all key operational metrics, identify risk and opportunity areas modeling new opportunities to determine feasibility
  • Prepare all reporting including standard reporting as well as ad hoc when requested and ensure all published reports are accurate, impactful, and shared with the appropriate audience. Review data and communicate the relevance to audience.
  • Recommend, develop, review, and implement policies and programs that guide the department in improving its competitive position and profitability while limiting risk.
  • Lead monthly reporting and forecasting analysis of costs including research, explanation, and resolution of monthly variances. Ensure accuracy and transparency of results
  • Develop and maintain ROI & profitability models to help inform optimization opportunities and decision making for technology leadership
  • Maintain cost details and work with the intelligence teams on reporting


Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive financial planning experience
  • 5 years technology planning experience preferred.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical approach to problem solving, as well as a proactive, positive attitude required.
  • Demonstrated successful ability to work effectively in collaborative team required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to explain financial issues and results in clear and concise manner.
  • Financial modeling and analysis skills, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Willingness to accept new challenges, and a high level of curiosity and creativity as it relates to new projects and problem solving
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Princess is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this time (e.g., H-1B status).

  • Base Salary Range: $110,400.00 to $149,000.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
